For that specific one chartreuse and pink, it's a #8 wide gap Gamakatsu.

Nice fly Leo is it on a #6 hook. Looks kind of big just the way Crappies like them.

Looks like Tooty with smacked on with the Cotton Candy Silent Stinger.  The pink does bring out the feeding beasts in your water.
