Nice! What a line up.
I filleted them, stupid question but what is field dress whole? taking guts out? I think I did a great job for my first time filleting. Cut through the ribs on the first one or two, then figured out how to work around them without losing hardly any meat!
Looks like a fish fry to me. Great job.
Good eaters for sure.....
Actually...6.5 to 8.5 inch gills make great eating, and a skillfull hand can make fillets. When I run into a lake that seems to have an overabundance of gills that size I try to harvest some for a fish fry. And there are so many waters that have fish that size in them.
Good job!
Looks tasty...did you fillet, or field dress whole?
