They look so good! Man, just fry them all up and I'll swallow them whole.

Nice perch Jim see you got a Smallie in there for good measure.  Jim I think I have a fry pan that will fit them.

Great looking perch, Jim. I can all but taste them, fresh out of a hot peanut oil bath.

They have been catching lots of 12 to 15 inch perch at Deep Creek Lake (MD) the past two weeks. However, as of Jan 1 st, the perch limit at DCL is now 10 fish per angler. This may hurt the economic issues at this mountaintop/ski resort area that is emerging as one of the top perch destinations in the country. Some people simply won't drive 2-3 hours to keep only 10 fish.

Last week an 18.5 lb northern pike was caught along with yearly catches of 7 to 10 lb walleyes. The bluegills are tough but 10 to 11 inchers are there if you take the time to find them. There are chain pickerel and bass as well and every season a few big trout are caught through the ice as well.

Google it on the web and see if anyone in the east wants to hit it!
