Caught Two At The Same Time This Afternoon.......
Only done this once before on Crappie......the smaller fish was hooked first but they must have hit close together.....right away I thought I had a real good fish only to net two with the largest being 13".............

Yeah just to be clear.......the first time it happened was back in the late 70s.........so there's been a lot of fishing between the two events.....LOL

The last time it happened was on a plain larger gold hook but this time it was on a jig with a #4 hook.......I was really surprised that they didn't tear off but the larger fish was hooked good so that sealed the deal........it was crazy to see....it was a frenzied bite as I had caught five or six in rapid succession in the same spot so the fish were competing to guard the colony........

Wasit a single hook ??? I 've never seen that .Did catch two Bass at once on a crankbait with two trebles .

I've heard of that happening with crankbaits with multiple treble hooks. But a single jig? AWESOME!
