Or bacon wrapped Bass on the grill, not that I like bacon or anything.

Hey John, you may want to complement the filet with a sweet Muscato next time. It's a dessert wine, but it offset the natural gamey taste of bass with already sweet herbs and carbs. Wife loves the complementary tastes. If not the Muscato, try the Stella Rosa.

Leo-Go do it man! You'll be happy!  Jeffrey -That's it ,give the credit to the deserved one.It really is much more of a satisfying  experience going from catch to table than market to table.

It always taste better when you catch it....clean it......and prepare yourself...seems to have a lot more satisfaction that way also....Good Job Linda!

I'm still drooling after seeing on FB. I just had a good size breakfast and a huge mug of coffee..I'm still hungry after seeing this.

Hehheh thanks Jeffrey .Not saying Bass is the tastiest fish but Linda and I both enjoyed this meal. Crappie and Bluegill filletts are in our freezer and in our future .Credit goes to Linda Sheehan .I caught the fish ,was the cooking student, and opened the wine .Wife Linda is the cooking expert/instructor!
