This big guy never went down...Caught fish on both sides of him and he just kept an eye on us....Big Gator of the morning.....

They're not an issue in my part of North Carolina Tooty.....this is a bayou I grew up near in Southern Louisiana...

I caught a nice Redear right next to this gator last March when I was home....

i fished lake okeechobee a couple times gators every where.love the swamps but those gators still freak me out a little.remember shooter?i think a louisiana guy used to talk to on here.he said the gators would steal his fish often

Gotta love it. I was told the other day that the section of the Edisto I plan to work in this season has several NEW alligators. I dunno how many old ones, either!
