Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

These fish are the ones that bring your rod tip down near your reel.....I like it like that!

If you ever visit this area...make sure to pack your rod n' reel........It's a beautiful destination with great Bluegill fishing and a variety of species also....I'm fond of the Coppernose and with 13 years of notes....I'm figuring them out.....

20 DIFFERENT CREEKS IN THE RIVER!!!!!!!!!! THAT'S stuff that dreams are made of Jeffrey! It's no wonder you like the Tank so much, and a beautiful fishery to boot!

Shows a few battle scars, but looks pretty healthy overall!

We've had amazing weather all Summer despite a two week heat wave in late June......just great conditions time and time again Dick......Water temperatures were dropping the last few weeks but have stabilized with the little shot of 90s this week but all and all it has been a fisherman's dream......

I try to rotate on purpose Jacob......I like to rest an area after I take fish out for harvest. Depending on wind speeds and direction or water levels dictates where I go as well.....Certainly nice to have the flexibility for sure.......I fish more than 20 different creeks on the Pasquotank River alone........

pretty fish! seems like you fish a different creek every few days. cool!
