A nice 9 inch Plus standard Male......
These guys were taking a pink Charlie Slider tipped with a live Brown Cricket....Fished about 18 inches deep in 3 to 5 feet of water....

The beds are coming alive right now Jim...fish are on them and others are closing in....Gills are piled up all you have to do is cover the ground to locate them.....I'm eager to hit a few more rivers...so far since returning earlier this week I've only hit the Pasquotank and the Yeopim.......

Jeffrey...your fish have to be spawning, right? Our early bedding gills have backed off and are just now making a move back shallow.

Thanks guys....I like these fish that have that olive and rust coloring mixed in......He jumped on the pink Charlie Slider tipped with some protein......a live cricket....
