I hear you Jim.....we're still quite a bit above that but another cold front Sunday....The closer these fronts get together and the water temps will drop out......That's why I went out late yesterday for a couple hours...the end is in sight.....

Better get some gillin in before Sunday...daytime highs in my area are to be 48. Looks like the bottom is going to fall out.

Many locals are gearing up for the upcoming deer season....boat ramp was empty and I saw nobody else fishing....conditions were marginal with storms in the area but they held off long enough to fish a few hours......

Thanks Vince....Chunky gills over ten inches on a ten foot telescopic pole....what a fun time...The only problem I had today was some gut hooks fishing deeper sometimes there's a delay in the hook set thus the bait can get inhaled by these larger fish....I was able to release 3 of the 7 that I caught @ 10 inches.....

Big and chunky, some mighty good gills, Jeffrey.

One of Tooty's Pink Silent Stingers tipped with crickets....they're starting to go a bit deeper now.....

Purrddy. What did you catch them on? Shrimp tipped with crickets?
