Actually, it's not the phone, nor the site. It's actually the "pre-set" on the posting. Which method did you upload? By phone via text messaging? By website easily upload? By website complex upload?
The preset can be set to proper width and height quite easily. We just need to figure out which method you uploaded to stop the preset from taking precedent.
