9.25' longear

"Hi Brian.  Those fish are awesome.  Have you ever had any of your giant Longear's weighed?  Or girth?   I got one that was 8.75" long and never got a weight or a girth on it for a reproduction mount.  Just…"

Brian...are you guys on the fish? We have had up and down temps the past 3 weeks and the fish are screwy. Todays high was 46 and we smashed em 2 feet below a bobber with jigs/worm combos. In yesterdays wind, and 52 degrees, we had to fish worms right on the bottom. Don't make sense...

Brian that sounds like a fine lake I have access to several city and county lakes in Okla., and Kansas, several private ponds but prefer smaller lakes for float tubing!!!! Keep those pics coming you have a fine batch of fish there!!!

Hey Brian...thank you for the kind words.

As far as fly fishing for bluegills, I am not very knowledgable on the subject. But, I have got some good fish, consistantly , on # 8 and 10 bumble bee patterns that got wet as dry flys then sank real slow. Blank ants did well too when I was using the long rod.

Keep up the great work on those tanker hybs and other great sunfish catches!
