I just found it at the local bait shop. Hook it like a Carolina rig. I use 6 lb test line on it. The spring seem to keep the two # 6 hook ( I use) apart. Bad thing is I just lost it on a tree stump. Some time I add a bobber on it and lit it float. Small line weight on the end.

Rick -Would you kindly tell me the details of that tandem Crappie rig? What lb test line ?What make crappie tandem rig?I have a few of those tandems but always felt the lb test was too heavy so I never used them ,also the metal seemed to heavy for sensitivity. Do you slip float those rigs or what?That Bullhead hit on the bottom no?
