What the hell are Quaggas ...Zebra Mussels I've read about and if they are good for large BG i'll rip their u no what off and use them in my home lake!

In Lake Michigan Zebras and Quaggas have made the perch much larger than they ever used to be.When i was a kid 20 years ago the big perch ran about 10" a mammoth was 12".Nowadays a 12" is more common and what most people keep to eat.A biggun is 14 to 16 and possibly larger better, sight lines to the bait ,just a little harder to catch.

Yeah the Zebra's made it to Lake Mead and some other lakes out west, I'm guessing we're going to get some seriously big RES out of Mead and the Colorado river in the next few years.

Redears do very well on zebras.

The South Carolina "official" word on this fish--and others like it--were the result of feeding on Asiatic invading mussels. In other words, zebras.

Not a really politically correct discussion, but there has been talk in areas already invaded by zebras, to see what sort of native fish can be used to combat them. Redears would seem the likely candidate to me.
