That is a Ratso body from Custom Jigs and Spins Slip Sinker. They have a website. Just Google that name.

nice selection... is that a trigger x wax tail on the first from the left? love those baits that and mustache worms worked great for me ice season... orange and chartreuse was the color for me but havnt tried any other colors.
