Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Good evening friends of the gill! Man 'o man I haven't been fishing in my boat for the better part of a month! Did manage to take part in a very special fishing trip on July 14th, I was able to take my little brother fishing! I shouldn't call him little, he is a Major in the United States Marine Corps! The last time we fished together was 22 years ago. He has spent his entire adult life in the Armed Forces. Right out of high school he entered the United States Naval Acadamy and from there he was chosen to serve in the Marine Corps and has been ever since.
Eric has not had much of an opportunity to be home over the years and I have moved around so, this family reunion in Minnesota was the prime time to get some fishing in as well as some much needed quality time with each other! Good times were had and memories of a life time made!!

There is nothing like fishing with family. The memories will last a lifetime. I am happy you got to spend time with your brother.

Thanks Vince! It was a great time and we both are looking forward to a few more trips!

That's a good report even if you guys didn't catch any fish.....Thanks for your service Eric and I'm glad you guys had some quality time together BULLWORM!  This tells the story of the dedication and sacrifice of our military.....
