There have been numerous requests for recommendations for accurate scales in the last year. In this day and age, I guess we mostly think digital. I have a digital scale that I thought was good, but I guess it couldn't take the knocks of life. I tried new battery resuscitation, it's still in arterial defibrillation. I sent it to the trash can morgue.

When I was coming up on a small cotton farm, back before mechanical pickers showed up, we weighed cotton sacks with spring scales similar to the one pictured here. They weren't pocket size. I would like to know more about this one. Help!
