Do you love big bluegill?
Do warm water fish turn off during these times or can you still find them deep?

In my experience Bruce they feed better at night when the water cools usually in a body of water that is land locked and the water gets in the 80s 90s range the oxygen depletes and they will go deep or find a natural spring in the lake somewhere. Here in VA. I have seen aerators installed for that very reason no o2 will spawn a fish kill that can devastate a lake especially if there are stripers in it. Gills and bass are hearty fish and can survive when others wont. I would try going out at night if you can with some live bait which in these conditions is hard to beat maybe float a light along side your boat cant hurt. Mikey-D
