Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Had a falling wind tide this morning......surface temps have dropped to 49 degrees.....found chewing gills at six to eight feet on the slope of the creek channel.......live crickets soaked or tipped on 1/64th ounce hair jigs.......

Thanks Adam......we worked to find them on this day but it's fun to solve the puzzle during these changing times in late Fall......

Thanks David.......I fish the brackish water rivers of northeast North Carolina........These fish were hanging out on the drop off to the channel......most fish near bottom in six to eight foot of water.....often on this trip your line would load up as the fish caught the bait on the fall.........
