Linda and I really enjoyed the Grilled Salmon last night .Taste like a Trout which we both enjoy .The state of New Jersey received the Landlocked Atlantic Salmon from the state of Massachusetts and are only stocked in three or four lakes .This account from the state doesn't mention a fourth lake ;Shepherds  that I believe has them also.  http://www.njfishandwildlife.com/pdf/salmon.pdf
