Carl...I saw a lot of fish in and out of the beds today. The wind helps break up your profile here and allows you to 'wind drift' a small earthworm over the bedding areas below a bobber.
Also, larger, roe-heavy females remain in slightly deeper water just a few yards out away from the beds. The locals who fish here don't seem to know about the bluegill spawn and what's going on.
