Looks like it is tied maribou tail, estaz body, Don't know the name it ought to be a killer on CRAPPIE, and BLUE GILL. Can't weight for a report.
Should work good on Brown and Rainbows too...Tip it with a wax worm and have fun..

Very similar to the Jigs I tie. I haven't used silver tinsel but everything else looks the same. Very good jig at Lake Perris for Bluegill... The ones I use are usually 1/100th of an ounce to 1/64th ounce. Just cast it out and watch your line.... you'll be surprised. I tip mine with a cricket or meal worm. Use light line (no heavier than 4lb... use 2lb if you can get it)... it will make casting it much easier for you.
