Those look real good, Dick. Don't know why fish wouldn't smash them.

Here are two more patterns that I want to test drive this coming spring...

I call this pattern the 'Dixie Cricket'. Black and brown Silly Legs for the tail, brown pearl chennel for the body, light brown hackle for the wrap. on a 1/64th oz round head painted with green sparkle nail polish by Spoiled'

I call these 'Tumble Weed Grass Shrimp'...really slow sinkers in the warmer weather. The heads are same as the Crickets, but the body is pink sparkle braid and the tails is pink bucktail. The couple times out this year they showed great promise, but are hard to cast without a bobber. Sink rate is very slow but some spooky bedding gills drilled 'em with a short cast on 2 lb mono.

Nice looking hackle jigs, Jim.
I'm sure the fishies take an interest in them.
