Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

Who fishes in the central and southeast part of North Carolina?

Looking for fishing info on subject? Preferred boat fishing if possible?

I almost did. We were poised to relocate to the area around Raleigh last year. Didn't happen.
The most notable angling Tar Heel we have around here is Mr. Jeffrey Abney. This man is a bona fide Luminary, when it comes to bluegill fishing. However, he resides in the NE corner of the state.
Seems to me there some other BBG folks living in NC. That perky 'lil Lori Rexrode-Hall lives up that way, as I recall.
There may be a way to search members by state, too, but I'm not sure. I DO know Jeff Abney had a page here dedicated to NC anglers.
Join that group and you should find what you need.
I'm in North Carolina, but the western areas....

southeast nc, you have lake waccamaw, waccamaw river, lake tabor in columbus county, sutton lake ,northeast cape fear river, black river all near wilmington, nc. All rivers high right now.
