They are great fighters but again I've never caught a 2# Bluegill

I still think that pound for pound BG are one of the best fighters

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have always wanted to catch one of those!!!! Some say they fisht harder than a BLUEGILL, any truth to that??????

It is  a rio grande cichlid and they  are  ugly and mean

I have a couple of these in a 100 gal aquarium at home but they are about 5"

That would be a beautiful aquarium fish!  The young ones that areTexas/Convict Cichlid hybrids are really pretty and fun to watch in a tank.
