Steve the wind was ENE at 15 to 20 mph. Just a light prairie breeze!!!!

 Temps were in the upper 60's.

Way to go Greg. Glad to see the fly guys rule! What time of day did you catch the LMB and what conditions was the weather there?

Greg, I know that was a thrill on a fly rod, may I make a suggestion, On the bottom of the rod from the eyelet toward the handle I have ruler painted on my rod, that way I always have a ruler  handy to measure from 12-24 inches, that way if you have a rod, you have a ruler. Now go catch some more of those Big BGMT and let us know how long they are, and when can I come fishing with you.

 Well its a fine big fish! I'll have to be patient .July is my favorite weed month.I'll have to settle for lots of various fish until the BIG WEED SEASON!!
