Beautiful mount!! But it is hard to put in perspective the true magnificence of such a fish without something in the picture for scale , but still a beautiful fish CONGRATS!!

Tough question Jim. I haven't considered hybrids as part of my arsenal of molds. I'm not to sure I would get many request for them.  I guess it would depend on the specimen, what's the genetic combination and what would be considered a large fish? Tough call.

Don, I will send you a full size picture.

Another stunner, Tim!

I'm a lot like Jeff, but maybe this is the year I will send you a worthy specimen!

What is you're minimum size requirement for a sunfish hybrid...I have access to some beautiful fish over 11 inches long.

I know Tim, I thought about you and the free mount thing for some time. (I put the fish on a stringer to dig my camera out of a float tube camera).  But I just could not kill that fish.  After a couple of pics, I let her go.  I'm getting to be such an old softy in my old age...Ha!

Jeff, it's a Bev's Creations blank, look it up. The cedar base is 3/4" thick if that helps.

Trust me, it's huge!

If you would have kept the 18" you said you caught and sent it to me, I would of made a mold of it and from the mold make a replica (an exact copy of your fish) FREE!!!

I know you do some awesome work yourself, but FREE is FREE.

Awesome mount!  I caught an 18 incher last June and have thought about a reproduction mount for my den.  Come on Tim, you gotta put something in your photos for a size reference. A quarter or ruler or something...  Wonderful coloration done on that mount!
