Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

So much for HIPPA laws. My Dr. had a chat with my wife and the next thing I know my wife presents me with a bike and instructions to ride it 30 minutes a day. #$$%#$%@#$%$#%!!!

But after considering running away form home I realized there is a pond 1.5 miles from the house......... Hmmmmmmm!

Rode it out there this morning......... After the black spots quit circling in front of my eyes and I could stand up straight I fly fished for 30 minutes and actually made it home in one piece.

Maybe this will work out after all.

Tell her you also need a upper body workout, and see if she will spring for a kayak. I've seen a setup where a guy pulled the yak with a bike. Dang dude you may want to workout for 3 or 4 hours a day.

LOL Greg, your exercise is kicking like a madman on the water. I think you have plenty of of exercise already. Cleaning the fish there after..well, there's your post-cardio right there.

Let me know if you need help with your cycling regiment, and making it fun. I'm a cyclist since 1989. I used to cycle 16 miles per day to get to work and home (when I lived a bit further from work). Now, I'm switching between cycling, 5 miles, or rollerblading (since 1994) 3 miles, daily to keep my health in shape. It's a pain at first to get going, and there are days I HATE doing it. Once you get used to it, it's like shoving foods into your mouth. It becomes a part of you. You will enjoy the longer life to enjoy the fishing experience, as well as the company of families and friends.

If you need help with dietary, let me know was a well. As a BBG family member, it'll be my honor to help you to shed the weight and keep that ticker strong. We all want you to live longer and share your fishing glories and stories with us. I have a history in herbology through my martial arts training. I have medical knowledge through my college years of study biomedical, biochemistry, and environmental toxicology. I also have brothers who are a nutritionists and avid physical trainers. I'm also surrounded by health freaks around here. So, ask as many question as you like.

Hey Earl, keep peddling that bike. I didn't, and am now peddling one in Cardiac Rehab three times a week, and it doesn't get me to my fishing spots. Your bike sounds like a lot more fun my friend.

LOL! Welcome to the world of being fit to live longer, politically corrected, and Federal mandated under health care provisions. Be healthy, and have many more years of glorious fishing.
