Nice smallies from the creek. Good job Vincent! Those smallies from a river or creek put up some great fighting.

Hello Vincent,I just got back into town last friday, very hectic here with graduation, parties and such took my stepson trout fishing tuesday after the lake had been hammered pretty hard all weekend we each got a hit but nothing landed lol dos'nt pay to go after everybody else hope to stay in touch better with this group this last trip out i went right by THE MINED LAND area of SE Ks. I fished these lakes last, told myself gotta bring my tube.Well as murph'ys law states if you have three fly-rods and your tube and fins you will not have time to fish :-( geoff

Vincent, I love the realistic flies I tie a few, but when I tie for fishing I use simple flie with lots of movement. I do have a nice set up for tieing. I built that room couple of years ago, complete with tv , stereo, all the comforts of home. I really like your hegramite pattern I see you are in the bluegill fly tiers you ought to go into more details on your flies. All of us their love to see new techniques, and I believe you have some to share. Keep those pictures coming!!!!
