Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

7/7/15 1st attempt at a woven dragonfly nymph. Takes awhile to tie but when done the body is like a tank can't ever see it coming apart.

Thanks Mark I knew there was a way to incorporate a 3rd thread/color and this will help thanks for showing it to me I thought I save all the weaving videos but I guess I haven't. Again thanks..

Thanks mark. They will defiantly hold up no doubt but they do take so long to make. I'm till experimenting with the process I can see lots of options but not feasible I'm sure.

Thanks Tin Man. The flies should last almost forever can't see any reason they would fall apart but unfortunately they are very time consuming. This was the proto type, I'll play around with it till I find a pattern I really like and make a dozen or so.
