Rough long day ..I lost a Salmon early on a live shiner.We got skunked until around 2 pm when Greg got a 14"Salmon.
I thought they were brown trout until i thought more about the Landlocked Salmon stocking in the lake they were caught at.I've been going through an 'identity crisis' as Brown Trout and Landlocked Salmon are very much lookalikes!!
Salmon not BTrout because of their x marked spots, slightly forked tails, olive adipose fins and shorter maxillary.
