Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

A beautiful 14” class yellow perch picked a blue/white popeye near bottom in five feet of water….I love when the fins turn bright orange/red…..

Thanks Bruce ….Joe was very excited to get his hands on this perch……I started him on fresh water fishing about ten years ago and he has probably caught 100 Yellow Perch up to 12”…..this one was over 14”……

Thanks John….Joe was very excited to see this fish…..I had just said we should see a few perch also when we each caught one…..tried to run the pattern and never saw another one….but a fish like this is why you go fishing……
