May be icing up soon again .We have a cold spell and a bit of snow yesterday .I need a February Pickerel to complete my monthly catches for Pickerel . I like to archive catches of each month per species as it gives me an idea on their location and behavior , etc.
I wouldn't call that "small"! That's a good eating size!
Last year, I saw enough Yellow Perch that were just barely 3" long. They would hang out in the deeper water off the launching dock, sizing up the school of minnows that were in the shallow water just above the launch ramp.
good job!... satisfies the addiction for the day!
I didn't fish long at all Mike and I was cold .Everythings open .Gotta get the boat out but dress a lot warmer!
Nice!
Better than I did today.
Snowing here so I drove to the lake, turned around, and came home. LOL
