We got the cold where I live, but not much snow for some reason. I guess the snow stayed near the coast. Just 5 degrees this morning and well below 0 wind chill. Right now it's 9 with a wind chill -10 below.

JEFFERY;; IN MY AREA WE GOT THE SAME THING;; IN ONE AREA OF NASHVILLE; THERE WAS OVER A HUNDRED WRECKS !  IT WAS ALMOST LAUGHABLE; TO WATCH ALL OF IT ON THE NEWS !   MADE A BIG POT OF CHILI; BALL GAMES TO WATCH;; OH WELL;; COME ON SPRING !!

Indeed Jason.......A few folks around the county without power because of the icing and high winds.....temps dropping out now behind the system so the roads will get worse before they get better.....this cold snap will stimulate the female perch so with 60s both days next weekend I hope to find a few.............it is WINTER right!

We received about 3 inches of snow with freezing rain to top that off. Roads are a mess, but we are home nice and warm. Hope everything else is going well there.

That would be a big no on the snow shovel Tooty............LOL..........I hear you Mike but if the roads were passable and the gale force winds laid down I would get out a little while..........

Had her filled up and all batteries charged for the cold temps.........but we don't have the equipment to recover so we have to wait it out.........rural roads around me are solid ice with just a dusting of snow on top...........
