I pulled the hook out Dick .I calmed down after that .

oh yeah thats the color the crappies like in my neighborhood....

in fact i predict my master angler crappie will come from this jig or the 2" power minnow... thats basically all i use lately on them.

I used olive and chartreuse patterns yesterday . they worked great!

Glad there working for you John. I'm in the process of making 2016 fresh water jellies now. The biggest change is a Sickle hook. I'm sure the hook is a good upgrade but I'm loosing some of my tying surface because the hooks are a little shorter so there won't be quit as much chenille. Next change is the paint, switch over to pearl paints and added crawdad and light olive to the lineup. Be 6 colors in all. White pearl, Chartreuse pearl, Dark olive pearl, Light olive pearl, Pink pearl, and Crawdad pearl WIP.
