Wrong on that one I use to have a little money now I'm broke. I bought that smoker for ease of use. You put your food in after you get it going and your good for 10 to 14 hrs never having to open it till your food is done. My last one I had to tend to every 3 or 4 hrs.

My friends (the one with money), they have those ceramic egg cookers.
They ARE heavy and will lays a lifetime.
I don't really want a smoker to outlive me, so I just go with the sheet metal kind. But the cart is a dandy idea!

Loins are great. I usually insert pitted Kalameta olives in my for some extra flavor. Have also wrapped them in bacon.

Yea I know now I'll be getting even less exercise. I use to have to go out and check it every couple or few hours with this one you put it in and forget it the coal last about 12 to 14 hours.
