Dick ... i took the big boy tackle with me today 20lb braid and weedless rubber jigs and swim jigs. alot of broken concrete rebar down there. i set the hook and this guy exploded out of the water in a split second.

Tootie catch and release all for these guys. i wouldnt mind catching and keeping a few pike now and then for the fryer

thanks guys they are fun... raining all day... thought id hide under the bridge like a troll for a few and it paid off. these smallie migrate from upstream to the main reservoir every fall. back up again right after ice out
