Now I'm curious if this fish is actually a GRASS PICKEREL. Vertical markings instead of Horizontal.

Hey 2 LB, I have also observes the similarities of pike, pickerel and juvenile tiger muskies, especially when they are that small. This fish was caught at Richmond Mill where chain pickerel are native and I doubt that they stocked any tiger muskies. We have em at Piney Run and as they get bigger the markings are spectacular.
