Interesting looking gill. Looks like it was caught with its pants down while trying to grab Dick's black ant?

I think the size is perfect Dick . They are a bit bigger than the ones I was catching those cool little feisty small stream RBS with  .I've tried your ants in two lakes .They work fine .I just gotta get into timing a bite ,matching the hatch ,. casting more stealthily etc.

John I remember them they were my 1st ants and if I remember correctly small. Wonder if we went to a larger ant if that would help as far as them swallowing the whole thing..

Dick, got several small Gills  and the hemostats were handy .They took a black ant ya made pretty well into the mouth! Thanks pal!
