A boat with a fish finder would make a big difference.  You could look for bottom structure that the fish might be holding on - for instance, any humps or flats near deep water - and could also use it to locate fish.

a concrete pond for a nuke plant???   maybe a fly ash pond for a coal fired plant would be my guess!!  I have never seen a concrete pond for a nuke plant.  I have helped to build no less than 11 nukes across country;; and worked in just about all of them across country!

I was told the measurement was about 10 acres of area, its a very odd shaped design, but as you can see, there are six shallow outlets. The center depth gradually drops from 1 to 8 feet and then almost immediately to 15 feet.

a float tube- flat bottom boat- kayak- canoe  any of those could help get around there!   real nice looking pond!!
