I cook most soft shell crabs that the family and I eat…..but this chef does a great job preparing and seasoning so We jumped in….my favorite size are the “hotel” or credit card size for reference…..this was closer to a “whale” but very good…..I find that larger crabs harden faster after molting and will get chewy….but if you eat soft shells you have your preferences I’m sure Mikey-D

Thanks Bruce…….my wife and I love the food at this converted hotel……they have a solid menu but always tempt you with their specials like this….we lost our local oyster bar to the pandemic but fortunately loyal customers like us have helped these folks survive so far……
