ahhh david-netcraft has a mind boggling selection.i think they have bulk assortment packs, they are my default choice for most things
PS - JIM... no bargain bins a-round here. What we got is WalMart. Thats it - WalMart.
But theres always ebay.
Leo I must have missed you posting buddy I didn't see them.
I've made a handful of the barricaded worms today, using the glass beads (6/0) I got from Walmart the other day. Used a variety of living rubber and silicon legs that I got from eBay, which is quite inexpensive, but quite alluring to the fishes. David, as Jim said, stick with the silicon, and living rubber when possible, either salvaged from the bass skirts or just from packages on sale ($1.50 for a good package that will last quite a few flies).
david stick with the silicone legs, bass jig and spinner bait skirts from bargain bins, best source david and i try to be thrifty,i also have a bead shop in my town, nothing but beads.dont have to buy a bunch to try em out,100s of colors and types.i am usually the only male in there tho
Hi McScruff one other thing, if you are looking for beads I use, fusionbeads.com I had a hard time finding a pumpkin color transluscet silver lined bead for a fly that I tie, I've had good luck wit them I hope that helps you out.
