LOFR- Love my smoked trout on a Stoned wheat thin cracker with some Horseradish/Cream cheese mixed topping .

Not sure why, but this site sometimes distorts pictures (like this one) so they don't really give a good size perspective. The trout seem to be bigger than usual this year. The largest of the three was probably 13-14". They were putting a good bend in the new 4wt glass fly rod!

Carl, I might be out in the back yard in 40° weather tomorrow firing up the old charcoal grill just to test Allen's recipe. LOL

They fight great, and taste really good!  Clean out the guts, cut off the head, season them inside and out with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, dot with butter, wrap them in foil, and toss them on the grill for 10 minutes per side.  MMMMMMM
