David, I've had good success fly fishing with an intermediate line in about 15 feet of water, letting my fly sink just above the bottom, then trolling around in my float tube.

Thanks LedHed. This spring I've been fly fishing from my float tube in the east/northeast side, to stay away from the speed boats and jet skis. I usually look for carp and fly fish for them if I can find 'em. Had one day where I caught 4, including a 15 and 17 lber.

But also this year, as you know, the Bluegill fishing has been outstanding, so I've been targeting them more. Caught a big one yesterday, I'll post the photos soon.

Nice fish

Think I saw you on the 9th - northeast of the island. I was coming out of the east heading to the south side of the island.
