Carl, Fish Tacos are easy.

Take some sour cream, and mix a little lime juice into it.  Thinly shred some green cabbage.  Corn taco shells work.  If you want to be authentic, you need to fry your own shells from corn tortillas.

Any flaky, white fish will work.  Freshwater or saltwater.  Bread and fry just like you do your Bluegill.  Your Bluegill fillets, as you've cooked them, will work.  Just put a fillet or two into the taco shell, top with some cabbage, and put a little of the sour cream mix on top.  Serve with a wedge of fresh lime and a cold cervesa.
