Bluegill - Big Bluegill

Do you love big bluegill?

One small BB sized split shot made it stand up. Off center shaft made it seem to swim to one side. Real test soon I hope.

Goldenrod is right. The plant forms a knot around the grub. Usually half way from the root to the blooms. I will use it and swim it under the cypress trees.

Is that  a golden rod pod? Great idea for a float. Some of them contain a small white grub worm. We use to cut (read bite) them open and use them for ice fishing as kids.
