Greg, I have it mounted on a pole, Jim, it is not upside down, the fish is in another hole next to the one the camera is in looking through the clear ice, the fish is swimming down the hole.

2lbgill, we've had some real clear ice this season up here in MN do to the weather.  The new Solo ice auger by Strikemaster drills a very clean hole, I'm guessing that was used or the weather was warm and the walls of the hole melted buttery smooth.
