Thanks guys.....nice work Jim.......I'd be scared to hold that 2 pounder over the water Leo.....I had a couple more that flipped out of my hand while attempting this type of shot.....when they decide to go, they're gone!

Yes...the hand-held bluegill gig is a LedHed standard. I've been experimenting with the partial head on shot with a downturned face. Check it out...And one more...

i messed mine up with the last fish i caught... yours dont look too bad. i think it has something to do with the size and quality of the fish you guys are holding! lol

Thanks Carl.......I hit this same spot briefly Saturday and the water wasn't moving and the bite was slow......water falling fast this afternoon and the larger fish were feeding.....
