My shrimp sauce is horseradish that has a little ketchup in it, mostly just for color ;-)

"Shrimp Sauce" probably means Cocktail Sauce.  It has horseradish in it.

Whats with all this food pictures. Ever time I see one I gain 5lbs. I told my doctor this and he said the quit looking.

Didn't know shrimp got that big in lakes, wow!

The Lake Ponchartrain reference reminded me of what may be my very favorite Buddy Guy song, It Feels Like Rain.
