Do you love big bluegill?
Fresh Bluegill Filets From Yesterday……10/3/2021
With cooler air temperatures I decided to clean some of the medium gills……these are 99.9% boneless, dust with fine yellow cornmeal and fry in peanut oil to desired crispness….I scale some on occasion when we get in the mood for a change

I love crispy bluegill fillets Bruce, so the medium to small gills are my favorite to eat……they were great, had some tonight…..
