I hear you Leo. Tho, my hope is beyond him taking me out when I'm old but that he will pass on what he knows to his kids. Gotta keep that good Gill tradition alive!

We may have the skills now..the younger generations will simply put us old guys in the spots where the extinct dinosaurs are very soon.

Very ice covered, Ice was pushing 20inches when I made it out a few weeks ago. These pictures are making me count down the days to ice out!  It doesn't help to have the kiddos keep asking me when we're gonna get out again but it's nice to know they are just as anxious to get fishing as I am....:)
